Tsutomu Miyazaki, also known as the Otaku Murderer or Dracula Miyazaki, was a Japanese serial killer who murdered four young girls between August 1988 and June 1989. Miyazaki was born on August 21, 1962, and had a difficult childhood with overbearing parents who frequently criticized him for his physical limitations. He developed a fascination with pornography and horror movies, which eventually evolved into a fixation on young girls. Miyazaki began stalking his victims and would take their hands as souvenirs. He was eventually caught in 1989 after an attempted kidnapping and confessed to his crimes. Miyazaki was convicted and sentenced to death in 1997, and was executed by hanging on June 17, 2008. His case is considered one of the most notorious and disturbing in Japanese history.
